What should I do if a pipe bursts or I have a major leak?
Shut off the main water valve first. It's usually where the water line enters the house, often in the basement or a utility room. If water is near outlets or appliances, turn off power to that area. Then call us at (513) 277-3230. We offer 24-hour emergency plumbing, and we work with insurance companies on claims.
How do I know if my water heater needs repair or replacement?
Rusty water, rumbling or popping from the tank, water pooling at the base, or hot water that runs out fast are the common signs. A bad thermostat, element or valve can often be repaired. A leaking tank usually means it's time to replace it, and many tank heaters wear out after about 8 to 12 years. We repair and install both tank and tankless water heaters and offer a lifetime warranty on water heaters (some conditions may apply).
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Repeat clogs usually come from grease, hair, soap buildup or wipes collecting in the line. When several drains back up at once, the problem is often in the main line. We clear lines with standard drain cleaning, hydro jetting or main line cleaning, and we can run a camera to see what's causing it. Our drain cleaning comes with a warranty.
Do you handle sewer line problems and backups?
Yes. We handle sewer backup emergencies, sewer camera inspections, sewer line repair and replacement, and trenchless sewer repair. A camera inspection shows us where the line is damaged or blocked before we recommend a fix. See sewer line repair for more.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the house right away and don't flip switches or use anything that could spark. Once the area is safe, we handle gas leak detection, gas line repair and gas line installation, along with gas appliance hookups.
