Water Heater Services
Repair, installation and replacement of tank and tankless water heaters for homes and businesses around Lebanon.
Water heater problems usually show up in a few familiar ways. Showers turn lukewarm, or hot water runs out faster than it used to. The tank rumbles or pops, the hot side runs rusty, or a puddle forms around the base. Some of these are repairs, like a thermostat, heating element, gas valve or anode rod. A leaking tank means replacement. We repair, install and replace traditional tank water heaters, and we install and repair tankless units. If your old tank is done, we'll help you decide between a new tank and a tankless unit. That depends on your house, your gas line and venting, and how much hot water you use. We also handle commercial water heaters for businesses in Lebanon, Springboro, Mason and the surrounding towns. Pricing is upfront, and we offer same day estimates. We offer a lifetime warranty on water heaters (some conditions may apply). Financing is available with up to 24 months interest free. If your tank is actively leaking, shut off the cold water valve at the top of the heater and call us for emergency plumbing.

Common questions
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
A bad thermostat, element, gas valve or anode rod can usually be repaired. A tank that is leaking from the body, or one that is older and needs repairs often, is usually better replaced. We'll tell you which we recommend and why.
Is a tankless water heater a good fit for my home?
Tankless units heat water on demand, so you don't run out during back-to-back showers, and they take up far less space. They cost more up front and sometimes need gas line or venting changes. We'll look at your setup and give you an honest recommendation.
How does the lifetime water heater warranty work?
We offer a lifetime warranty on water heaters, and some conditions may apply. We'll go over those conditions with you before you choose a unit.
